DAILY CARE: Care for your jewelry and its plating by removing it while showering, exercising, swimming, or washing your hands. Do not apply lotions, perfumes, or hair products while wearing jewelry.

Tarnishing may occur if exposed to any of the above items. 

We are not all made the same, tarnishing may occur from the natural pH balance of the skin.


Cleaning Instructions: To keep your jewelry clean, wipe it with a soft cloth. Do not use jewelry cleaner.

Storing Instructions: When not in use, store each piece of jewelry in its respective pouch.

They may also be carefully stored in a jewelry organizer.

RETURNS

Returns have to be pre-authorized before sending them back. If you are not happy with your jewelry, reach out to us by send an email and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

What are the materials used in Jewelry?

 

We use 14k and 18k Gold plated, Rosegold plated, Rhodium plated and White Gold plated stainless steel.  14k and 18k Gold plated, Rosegold plated, Rhodium plated and White Gold plated brass. 

All our jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel-free and lead-free.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If your item meets the requirements to be sent back, we will offer you the option of bringing it to a physical location (provided we are not in a lock-down) or mailing it back to our offices.

 

What is your return policy?

How do I order custom jewelry?

 

Custom, jewelry is hand-made, so we would have to work with you directly. We would need to go over a few things with you such as measurements of your neck, wrist, or whatever area of the body the piece will be made for.

How do I track my order?

 

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. 

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

We will give you all the tracking information which would include the contact information for the courier used.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We generally use Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator
